3. Prices
All prices published in the online shop are indicated in euros, include VAT at the statutory rate of 22% and are intended as retail prices. Transport costs are excluded.
Le Corde del Cuore reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. The price indicated at the time of ordering / booking online will be worth.

5. Order management

The transmission of the purchase order will be followed by the sending of an "order confirmation" e-mail to the address indicated by the Customer, with which the receipt of the order will be confirmed and its details will be summarized. In case of non-receipt of the e-mail it is advisable to check in the Spam / Junk Mail folder or that the e-mail address entered is correct and functioning.
If the order is not accepted, Le Corde del Cuore undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
The order confirmation does not constitute the conclusion of the purchase contract. This will be considered concluded only at the time of shipment by Le Corde del Cuore of the goods covered by the purchase order.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the transfer must be received by Le Corde del Cuore within 7 days from the date of confirmation of the order, under penalty of cancellation of the same.
The Customer will be informed of the shipment with a specific communication sent by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by him (hereinafter "shipping confirmation"). In case of non-receipt of the e-mail it is advisable to check in the Spam / Junk Mail folder or that the e-mail address entered is correct and functioning.
The order confirmation will be sent only after checking the availability of the ordered product.
In the event of a product temporarily unavailable, the online purchase order will not be confirmed and will be considered canceled and any sums already paid will be refunded. If the order includes more products, if only one or more are not available, the remaining order of the available products will in any case be processed. In this case, only the cost of the unavailable product (s) will be refunded.
 
 
7. Payment
In the Le Corde del Cuore online shop, the Customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed:

Unfortunately it is not possible to pay by sending cash or checks. Until full payment, the goods will remain the property of Le Corde del Cuore.
In the event that the payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased goods will be sent to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the credit on the current account, therefore on average after two / five days from making the transfer (times vary depending on of the credit institution used). Payment by bank transfer must in any case be made within 7 days from the execution of the order, under penalty of cancellation of the same.
