• in case of damage to the goods during the transport of the return, Le Corde del Cuore will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the return in their laboratory), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice. and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be available to the customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal. Le Corde del Cuore is not responsible in any way for damage and / or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

• for reasons of hygiene, the earrings do not provide for a return or replacement, except in the event that the product is totally different from the one ordered and does not show any sign of use at the time of return;

• personalized jewels made to measure for the customer cannot be returned;

• the return must be made (including goods sent) no later than fourteen days from the time of delivery;

• the Customer will receive the refund, indicated in the return email, no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods and only in the form of bank transfer;

• in the event of defects in the purchased product, it is possible to ask Le Corde del Cuore that the defective product be replaced with one of the same type or, in case of exhaustion, with another of a different type, but of the same value, without Le Corde del Cuore is required to reimburse sums by way of damage / indemnity etc ... The Customer, directly or by other means, will arrange for the return to be delivered to the Le Corde del Cuore laboratory. The transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the Customer and for the eventual return to Le Corde del Cuore are not refundable.
The return of products that are not intact, damaged or lacking original equipment will not be accepted by Le Corde del Cuore and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Le Corde del Cuore will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
All products must be received in the same conditions of receipt.
